Tony Shafar

Tony is a Chartered Accountant (CA), with 20+ years experience in Senior Finance positions in large multinationals, SMEs and technology start-ups. Tony has held finance leadership positions in many large organisations including Morrisons, Virgin Media and marketing agency WPP, where he spent 10 years as a Finance Director.

More recently, having left the Corporate world, Tony provides Executive Coaching to finance leaders and also fractional CFO support to SMEs.

As a coach, Tony believes much of what prevents us from achieving our goals is our mindset. Tony coaches people to help them understand what is holding them back, giving them clarity and confidence to move forward in their career, to not just be successful, but also fulfilled.

With his background in Finance leadership, Tony is well placed to understand and identify with many of the challenges that finance leaders face on a daily basis, which can be very helpful in such coaching conversations.
