Hester Scotton

Hester initially joined Law Debenture in 2019 as Head of Internal Controls & Group MLRO and was then promoted to Chief Financial Officer in September 2020.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young, Hester has a strong track record across multiple finance disciplines and industries including experience at Legal & General, Bupa and Marks & Spencer.

Outside of work, Hester has two children Rufus, 13, and Eliana, 1, along with being a keen runner and cyclist. She has twice been European Middle Distance Duathlon Champion (Age Group 35-39) and regularly commutes on her bike or by foot to keep her miles up! Hester recently completed the Brighton Marathon in 3:12
