As Group CFO with 23 years experience, Cécile has a wealth of global knowledge gained at Board level within multinational companies across both public and private sectors. As a recognised leader, Cécile has initiated and implemented strategic business initiatives to create customer focus both externally and internally whilst also delivering financial impact in line with annual operating plans. 

As a successful change agent for innovation, Cécile has generated cost savings in the business, establishing long term relationships with investors, lenders and other third party partners and stakeholders. As a key role on the Executive Board, Cécile’s experience brings added value to both the financial and people element of the business where her skills bring talent development, coaching and mentoring to team members.
